Are You Looking For a WoW Guide?

Our goal at Warcraft Guide List is to create the most comprehensive list of all available World of Warcraft Guides. We want to provide or show you where to get the best guides for Leveling your favorite class, making tons of gold, completing dailies and instances, and anything else you can think of. A lot of people ask me, “Should I buy one of the commercial guides like Zygor’s or Dugi’s?”. The answer to that depends on your play style. If you like to solo and you want to have a step by step system that will show you exactly what to do so you can get to 80 super fast and raid with your friends, then by all means, yes. If, on the other hand, you want to explore at your own pace, seek out and find quests in whatever manner you please, and just, in general, wander around and experience everything as you go, then I would say no. While the guides allow for some exploration, they are going to be laser targeted at getting you to 80 ASAP.

So if you want to get to 80 fast and don’t care about anything else, get one. If you want to get lost on occasion, find new areas and mobs on your own, and in general have hillarious stories to tell about that time you accidently wandered into a cave and got annihalated by a Yeti, then I would say just wander on your own and have fun. Really, it’s more of a personal preference. I personally use a guide, but my first time through to 80, I didn’t. It makes leveling alts a hell of a lot faster.
